Your lockbox access code and full check-in instructions will be provided on the day of your arrival. At check-out, keys must be returned to the lockbox. Please note that lost or damaged keys will incur a £100 call-out and replacement fee.

Pets are welcome for an additional £30 fee, subject to our pet policy. For the comfort and safety of our guests and neighbours, parties and events are strictly prohibited, and smoking is not permitted inside the property. Any serious or repeated breach of our house rules may result in guests being asked to leave the property without a refund.
